When I walk into a bookstore, I am often attracted to images before everything else. This also happened with \u201cCsaba Bon March\u00e8\u201d, which is now one of my favorite books. Leafing through it for the first time, however, I never thought that one day fate would take me to Paris, the city that the author recounts during her stay to graduate from the Le Cordon Blue school (the same as Audrey Hepburn in the film \u201cSabrina \"). The advice and elegance of Csaba Dalla Zorza have always been a point of reference for me, a safe haven where I can take refuge when I need beauty. Everything in this book is oriented to style and good taste, from beautiful illustrations to cooking recipes, without neglecting advice on mise en place and home care. The underlying philosophy is that it doesn't take big expenses to eat better and to receive guests.
\nGoing to the market early in the morning and strolling among the fruit and vegetable stalls, a riot of flowers, perfumes and colors, straw bags full of first fruits ready to be cooked: now that I'm lucky enough to live in the Ville Lumi\u00e8re I can confirm that it is just like that. Each arrondissement, each small village has its own local market where the scent of croissants or pain au chocolat is intoxicating. Immersing yourself in the pages of the book is a bit like getting lost along romantic Parisian alleys, among antique dealers and second-hand dealers, looking for unmatched objects to combine with each other to create ever-changing tables, at low cost.
\nThe recipes leave room for the writer's memories of the French capital and how her life changed in that period. Anything is possible if you really want it! What the author discovered during that experience is perhaps what I am trying to do in my small way. I had the opportunity to know and experience different places; trying to overcome the obstacles of everyday life, I try to make sense of all the encounters I have had. This site has always been my dream and it has finally come true!<\/p>\n
